


I forgot to mention everyday I have to have at least an hour walk
DO a full body stretch
Do about 50 stomach crunches.
50 sit ups
and that's just for starters
Every cheat in the diet has grave consequences, so honey be careful. :)
Can't wait to go to sleep and get up so I can start by brand new diet!!!

Current weight: 75 Next Goal: 73 by 13th january :)
